The
MAC has a variety of rooms to accommodate conferences and meetings.
Conference Room #1 measures 20’ x 38’
with a sink, undercounter refrigerator, and microwave at one
end. It is attractively decorated and we have both round and
rectangular tables that can be arranged to fit the needs of
the group. Capacities for different style seating are as follows:
conference style (facing each other) [12-32]; classroom style
[12-32]; dinner tables [24-64]; theatre seating [to 63]. At
one end of this room are bifold doors which open into an adjacent
TV Lounge measuring
20’ x 20’. This room has a 2pc sectional, coffee
tables and cabinetry that holds a TV/VCR. This room can be used
alone or to enlarge Conference Room #1. These
rooms are used for open houses, service group lunches; showers;
rehearsal dinners; meetings; seminars; and family
parties.
Conference Room #2 is a smaller cozy room down
the hall which has one conference table that seats 8. This is
a nice size room for solo work, one-on-ones, or small group
meetings.
Our cafeteria is a
tiled dining area just off the kitchen. It can be set-up with
tables for two, four, or 8s and could serve up to 44. Snack
and drink vending machines are located in this room. This room
can also serve as a somewhat less formal meeting room, and is
often used for working meetings such as scrap-booking and cake-decorating.
Having several rooms like this works nicely for conferences
that want to meet in one place and eat in another, plus allows
for large group meetings that can break out into smaller groups
to meet separately.
For large conferences the banquet hall can
be opened up or sectioned off to accommodate practically any
configuration for groups 40-600. Without dividers this room
can enlarge to 12,500 sq.ft. of open, unobstructed carpeted
floor space. It’s perfect for doing vendor
shows and expositions of any kind.
